Terms and Conditions
1. Payment Terms
Your invoice is due 90 days after your order date, or 14 days prior to your event (whichever comes first).
2. Deposit Policy
A non-refundable deposit of $300 is required to process your order.
3. Additional Costs and Modifications
Additional costs due to any modification of your exisiting order, for eg. increased quantities, customisations, specialised packaging or postage will be added to your existing invoice.
4. Pickup & Delivery
We can deliver to most major areas across Australia. We will confirm with you as to the most suitable date and location for delivery or pickup as part of your ordering prcoess.
5. Cancellation
In the event of a cancellation, a refund will not be provided. Depending on the circumstances, we may provide a credit note.
6. Marketing
Gelato Home Decor may use any of the photographs, videos, feedback/testimonials from your event for suitable means; this includes but is not limited to advertising and promotional material either in print or on the Internet. Placing your order would mean we are of the understanding that permission has been granted to do so by yourselves and your guests.
7. Issues with delivery
We cannot be held responsible for any damages, extended delivery time or loss to products sent via postal services. We will pursue the courier service if your package has not arrived within the online tracking time frame or damages that occurred during transit. It is our sole discretion whether to provide a replacement product.
