SHIPPING POLICY
Aus domestic shipping

Standard shipping is $9.95, or free for orders over $120.
Express shipping is $16.
How long does standard delivery take? *All delivery timeframes are an estimate only and Glasshouse Fragrances will not be liable to you for losses suffered or incurred due to delivery delays.
Standard shipping takes 2-7 business days. Please note order dispatch may be delayed up to 48 hours during peak promotional periods.
How long does express shipping take? *All delivery timeframes are an estimate only Orders placed before 9:30am AEDT will be shipped that same day and delivered within three business days, depending on your location. Orders placed after 9:30am AEDT Friday, on Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on Monday and delivered within three business days.
International shipping
We do not ship oversea at this stage.

Return Cost
Customers will be paying at their own cost for return order. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

30 Days to Return
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns within 30 days of despatch, provided products are unopened and unused and in resalable condition. Please note shipping costs for returns/exchanges are at customer's own expense. We recommend using a registered service for returns.
