Terms and Conditions
1. Payment Terms
Full payment of all invoices is required no later than six (6) months prior to the scheduled event or booking date. Gelato Home Decor reserves the right to cancel any order for which payment has not been received by the stated deadline, without obligation to refund any deposit.
2. Deposit Policy
A non-refundable deposit of $500 is required to secure your booking. This deposit must be paid within fourteen (14) days from the date of booking confirmation. Bookings are not considered secured until the deposit has been received. The deposit covers administrative, material procurement, and production scheduling costs, and is non-transferable and non-refundable.
3. Orders Valued Under $500
For orders totaling $500 or less, full payment must be made at the time of booking. Production will not commence until full payment has been received.
4. Additional Costs and Modifications
Additional charges resulting from changes to the order — including but not limited to increased quantities, specialised packaging, or customisation — will be added to the customer’s existing invoice. These charges must be settled in accordance with the updated payment terms provided.
