Participation in Let’s Hang Out is available to individuals who are NDIS participants or otherwise eligible under the program guideline - 04_102_0136_6_1 

Participants must provide accurate and up-to-date personal and NDIS information for booking purposes.

Bookings are essential to secure a place in the program.

Spaces are limited and are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

If you cannot attend, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance.

Participants must inform us of any medical conditions, allergies. 

We take reasonable steps to ensure safety but are not responsible for injury or incidents resulting from personal health conditions or failure to follow instructions.

The program is NDIS-funded where applicable.

Participants are responsible for confirming their funding allocation and eligibility with their NDIS plan manager or support coordinator.

Respectful and safe behavior is required from all participants.

Gelato Home Decor reserves the right to remove any participant whose behavior threatens the safety or enjoyment of others, without refund.

By participating, you consent to being photographed or video-recorded for the purposes of promotion.

If you do not consent, please notify us prior to the program.

Participation in activities is at your own risk.

Gelato Home Decor are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury.

Personal property brought to the program is the participant’s responsibility.

If the program is cancelled by Gelato Home Decor, participants will be offered an alternative date. 

No refunds are provided for participant-initiated cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the program.

All personal information provided will be handled in accordance with privacy laws and only used for program management and NDIS compliance.

Gelato Home Decor reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Participants will be notified of material changes prior to the next program session.
